You advertised for one person to bring AI and better data into how Inospace runs. We read the spec, and the honest answer is that it is really several jobs in one, so we are applying as a team. Short version: change management, the technical build, and governance rarely sit in a single person. We cover all of it, for about the cost of that one hire.

Technology helps, but your people are what make Inospace work, so we treat the tools as support for them, not a replacement. One all-rounder rarely covers a role this broad. You want a team that can map the slow, manual work across your three lines: leasing, storage, and logistics.

We read up on Inospace before writing this: the parks, the 1,200 clients, and the smart leasing platform you built and sold to Lisa in 2023. Mostly we would start inside Inospace itself, addressing the specific operational friction your team handles every day.

The mandate

How we execute the four key responsibilities.

1. AI Implementation & Process Improvement

Hands-on integration of automation tools suited for fast-paced, lean operating environments. We map high-friction workflows and implement practical solutions using Make, Zapier, n8n, and large language models.

2. Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence

Building data modules, connected dashboards, and real-time views using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, so the executive team can see how the portfolio is performing at a glance.

3. AI Governance, Training & Strategy

Developing a responsible AI framework, writing clear usage policies, and actively training your staff so they understand boundaries and feel confident adopting new tools.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

Facilitating workshops and building trusted relationships with operational teams to ensure sustained adoption. We focus on people first, earning buy-in from the frontline to the executive team.

The money

One role, four disciplines, one budget.

The spec asks one person to run change management, build the technical solutions, set up AI governance, and stand up the data and reporting. Those skills rarely live in one hire. That hire costs around R900,000 to R1.2 million a year, all in. The same budget gets a team that already covers all four.

Proof we deliver

It is a live, working system used at the University of the Witwatersrand, handling the timesheets and payment approvals that would otherwise sit in spreadsheets. Wits was ranked No. 1 in Africa in the 2026 Center for World University Rankings. We bring that same practical engineering to your operations.

A cold-chain monitoring project: sensors, data and live reporting for refrigerated storage and transport. It is the closest thing we have built to what storage and logistics need, and Wits featured it on their socials. You can see their post here.
